My name is Yulia, I am a certified nutritionist, and I am in the final stages of completing my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Since my changing to a vegan lifestyle in 2018, I have been deeply passionate about exploring the many benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet. I am truly inspired by the positive impact this way of eating can have, and I am excited to share my knowledge with you.
As an enthusiastic cook, I have discovered the colorful variety of plant-based dishes. Through my cooking classes, I demonstrate how easy, diverse, delicious, and healthy plant-based cuisine can be.
